David Epstein wrote a book called, " Range: Why Generalists Triumph In A Specialized World".  This book is the base of what we will discuss on today's podcast.

One of Integreat's coaches, Chuck Cusumano, will be joining us to discuss this topic of why it pays off to be well rounded in a world of expertise. 

Thinking about this episode, a story of when my daughter and I were at The University of North Carolina for a visit and the admissions counselor said, "We are looking for pointed people, not people who are well rounded.".

I remember being blown away from that experience and want to dive into why being a Generalist is just as important as being a Specialist!
