DJ Roots Queen is an American DJ based in Atlanta, Georgia, originally from Tampa, Florida. She began her DJ career at 17, carving out a niche by spinning at fashion shows, artist showcases, clubs, and industry events. In 2013, she DJed for Young Jeezy’s Gourmet brand and launched her award-winning radio show, Rude Girl Radio, on DJ Clue’s Desert Storm Radio. In 2015, she signed with Zaytoven and moved her show to his Digital Dope Radio, becoming his official tour DJ. DJ Roots Queen has performed at high-profile events including the Red Bull Producer Round Table with Zaytoven, Sonny Digital, and Metro Boomin, Piano Nights with Gucci Mane and Zaytoven, and the Maxim Big Game Experience for Super Bowl 53 alongside Diplo, Future, Jaimie Foxx, and Yo Gotti. With over a decade of experience in the southeastern hip hop scene, she has developed a keen eye for trends and new talent, focusing her passion on music marketing and project development.
