Pedro "Petey Primo" Medina’s passion for cooking began over 35 years ago, inspired by watching his mother host parties and seeing the joy great food brought to everyone. Although he dreamed of becoming a sous chef, Pedro couldn’t afford culinary school and had to start from the ground up. For more than 20 years, he has traveled across the country exploring diverse cuisines and dedicating countless hours to learning through cooking shows.
After the pandemic hit, Pedro took a bold step and opened a pop-up from his home, serving some of his favorite dishes from his menu. His ultimate goal remains to open his own restaurant and share his culinary vision with more people.
