Biodynamics is a polarising viticultural practice, so I decided to speak to Vanya Cullen from Cullen Wines, who has been using the method since 2004, to get a better understanding of what is involved. We also chat about the sustainability movement in Australia and the idea of finding indigenous alternatives to the European preparations.
