I recently shared during a keynote speech that a key element of success is to have an army of support around you, hence that surrounding yourself with the right people is paramount.
I often get asked, "Where and how do you find the right people?" It's simple. First, it starts with yourself and seeing whether or not the things that you're doing and saying will even attract the people that you're looking for.
