Another chaotic episode with the Will Run For Crew! Michael & Erin forgot they ran the Margaritaville 5k, but eventually do a quick recap while we all give a few training updates. Michael reads us a running article and we give some hot takes on it. Erin & Diana propose an AITA segment and Erin gives a couple examples!
