This is our second interview wih Dr. Sharon Weaver, the curator at the Mammoth Site exhibit at Hot Springs, South Dakota. In this broadcast, Sharon talks about the Megafauna that roamed North America between one hundred fifty thousand and ten thousand years ago and why they are no longer here.
At the site, Sharon 's major projects currently include Ice Age giant ground sloths from the Great Plains region, mammoths, saber-toothed tigers and other cave fauna of the black hills.
