Herbal Energetics

I believe that energetics is not talked about enough in herbalism.  I have talked a little bit here and there about energetics in past episodes. However, I feel like this topic is deserving of its own episode.  

Knowing and using energetics is one of the ways to practise herbalism holistically and to customize herbs to a person and their symptoms. 

In this episode, I explain what energetics are, and I give examples of energetics and how to use them.
