At the height of the cold war in1947 something crashed near the small town of Roswell NM.  The nation had just been officially introduced to the flying saucer phenomena a month earlier and word spread that the strange wreckage recovered by a local rancher in the area was part of one of these flying disks.  The world-famous headline was released and one day later the entire story retracted and thus began what may be one of the first major Govt cover ups of all time.  Since then, there have been many more as a paranoid society embraced social media some of the more far out conspiracy theories began to have an even great audience and take on a new life of their own.  What’s the truth ? What’s the Lie?  From crashed UFOs to Bigfoot killing squads, we begin our first dive into the world of coverups and conspiracy theories on this episode of Wild & Weird Radio.
