Between 1998 and 2008 the worlds largest particle accelerator was built 574 ft beneath the France Switzerland border. 
The LHC or Large Hadron Collider is operated by CERN and a multi-national group of scientists interested in unraveling the secrets of our universe. Shortly after its first run internet conspiracy theorists began to blame the project on any number of strange happenings around the world.
And now after several years of upgrades the LHC will be fired up at record power level on JULY 5th.  Did SERN create an alternate universe the last time?  Will it do it again?  Will blackholes be formed that will destroy the earth?   Probably not but in this HIGHLY SPECULATIVE EPISODE we look at some of these conspiracy theories and more!  Hold on for a wild and weird trip as we look at the weird legacy of the LHC in this episode of Wild and Weird Radio.
