I am so happy again to have you here! Today I have a challenge for you, and I really hope that you'll accept it because I think in accepting this challenge you're going to find that it slowly but surely changes you. It slowly but surely creates in your life all the things that you desire. What I challenge you today with is to feel good….
… and now maybe you've scoffed and you think that that is silly and simple and worthless. But I want you just to consider for a moment how your life began. When you were a baby, a toddler a child. The premise of your life was feeling good. It was learning it was exploring the world it was being part of the world. It was feeling good having your needs met. Reaching out to the people who you loved. It was really and truly when it comes down to it all about feeling good. Then as you grew up, people started to tell you what life was supposed to look like. And not many people told you that part of life is feeling good. And nobody told you that. Maybe feeling good could be a priority. And maybe feeling good. could create everything you want. Maybe nobody told you that.
In fact, I would put money on that bet that nobody told you that Cuz nobody told me that. That's for damn sure. So I want to challenge you today to feel good to feel good, no matter what is happening. And as I say feel good. I don't mean when other feelings come up, just ignore them. I mean, feel those carry on. But ultimately, if you can accept this challenge as a an invitation to something higher to feeling good. I believe that when we choose to feel good, it helps us align our compass to the things that are gonna make us feel good. I mean, it makes sense, doesn't it? If you desire to feel good, and you make the decision to feel good, you're going to start looking for things that make you feel like that. And you're going to start doing things that make you feel like that.
You're going to start surrounding yourself with people that make you feel like that. And you're going to make yourself feel like that. You're going to start keeping the commitments that you've made to yourself because you know what matters and you don't make you feel good. You're going to start being more kind and loving to yourself, regardless of what's happening around you. You're going to start going for those things that you really want. Because it feels good. And in the feeling good, something really cool and something really magical happens. And this part is totally out of your control, and totally wonderful and beautiful. And it's this better you feel, the better life gets. It's almost like by feeling good you're magnetizing to you more of that goodness. I mean, maybe it is exactly like that. By feeling good, you're attracting people into your sphere that are a match to what you're putting out.
Who can help to amplify the feelings that you already have. And there are matched to that because you're feeling it already. You're already choosing to feel good. You're already feeling good. So why wouldn't people and circumstances and things and opportunities come into your life that want to help you feel good? Right, we we want to be around people and things and opportunities that make us feel good. So think about it. If that's us feeling good people want to be around you. Win.
Can we know this? We know this. The people we most want to be around are the ones who feel great. And the cool thing is that we can choose this for ourselves too. And it might sound like I'm being Cavalier and throwing things out there as if I think that this is the easiest thing ever. I know it's not I know it's not easy to choose goodness. And happiness and joy every single day. Because it's really easy to get carried away with life. Stuff happens. We lose people we lose opportunities we lose careers we lose everything sometimes. And along with choosing joy, comes feeling all the other things too. And in the feeling of them. We allow ourselves to feel even more goodness because we're not holding on to things we're not holding on to anger and sadness and frustration.
We're not holding those in because we're so afraid to feel them. We're feeling them and then they can move along and we have more room to feel better and to feel good. So choosing to feel good. Doesn't mean ignoring everything else. It means thinking about what we need to clear in order to feel good. And that may mean spending a couple hours. Be angry. If that's what you need to do right now. It may mean spending a weekend on your own. It means caring for yourself enough to feel the things that need to be felt. So you can carry on to feeling good. And you're the only one who can know what is going to get you there. Everybody is different. Maybe to you. Feeling good means creating a career out of putting your hands in the dirt and growing beautiful things. Maybe for you feeling good means staying at home with your children and nurturing your family. Maybe for you feeling good means going on fantastic adventures all around the world. Or let's flip it. Maybe feeling good for you means never leaving your neighborhood but when it comes down to it, the heart of feeling good is paying attention to who you are. And following those inklings of curiosity and love and self discovery. Because every time that you follow that little bread crumb trail gosh it is taking you somewhere so magical for you won't know where until you follow step by little step by little step by little step and some of those steps towards goodness are not going to make sense and sometimes choosing to feel good means doing something that maybe is uncomfortable along the way. It means choosing peace. It means choosing the things that are going to get you where you want to go and on the way remembering that you're doing all of this for a reason. And you can feel that right now. You don't have to have the things be in the perfect relationship have the amazing gorgeous home in order to feel good. You are good. Think about it. Think about yourself as that little baby who was perfect and blameless.
That's you that's you. We don't just lose that part of us as we grow up. That's there and you are made to feel good. And you can so think about it. Are you going to take my challenge? You're going to choose to feel good to look around you for things that are going to help you feel that. You're going to choose to feel the things you need to feel on the way so that you can continue to choose what you want. And are you just kind of decide that it's who you are. You're good. And you're going to feel that way. You're so enough you're so good. You're so worthy. You're so wonderful. And the path that you're on is absolutely just right. Just right timing, just right place, just right. moves just right. Everything and you're here to feel good. I love you so so much. And I'm super, super proud of you. Go on and rock this day, baby. It's yours. It's yours to feel good. You're very very loved.
