You are so enough right now. Can you just accept that for just a moment? Just try it on. Just try it on. If you were to believe that you are so loved and so enough, what would that feel like? Just right now, for a moment. Just try it on. You are so loved. You are so enough.

And then, in this feeling of enoughness… Can you also then take it a step further and just try on for size the idea that everything is happening FOR you at all times. The challenges and the joys, the mistakes, the triumphs, the sorrow, the heartbreak, the congratulations.

So in this moment of being enough, and realizing that everything happens for you, can you then go a step further. Can you see that the things that you are afraid of and the things you're worried about, In fact, are not happening in this moment. And if they were to happen, they would be happening for you. For your higher growth. For you to delve into new corners of yourself that you've never looked at before. For you to meet a new challenge that you've never been in. For you to discover and uncover and relish in something new in your life. Something wonderful, or maybe something challenging.

In this moment of being totally enough and totally loved and totally worthy… in this moment where everything is happening for you and in this moment where everything that you're afraid of and everything you're worried about is not happening right now… Can you imagine then, zooming towards you right now in this moment, all the things you desire?

Maybe they are feelings: feelings of peace, feelings of ease, feelings of strength, maybe a feeling of deep, deep compassion and love for yourself. Maybe it's money. Maybe it's relationships. Maybe it's work that fills you up.

In realizing that the things that you are worried about and afraid of are not happening right now, can you fill that void with things that are good - with joy and gratitude and with love?

Now, we might just take this on as a thought exercise just for this moment. But I ponder what would happen in your life if you went through your days, day after day, with this in mind? With realizing that the things you're afraid of are not happening right now?

If you begin to think about and draw to you the things that you do want, instead of using any of your so valuable thoughts on the things that you don't? Then should a thing happen that you don't desire in your life…Could you perhaps invite the idea in that this is happening for you? This certainly doesn't mean to not feel and it certainly doesn't mean to not be hurt if it's hurtful or to not cry, or to not be angry, or to not be sad (very emotion has its place!).

Feeling the uncomfortable things is part of being human. The sooner we feel them, the sooner they pass and the sooner we can move into more of what we truly desire.

Now, we all have choices all day long, every single day —> What we want to do with our thoughts and our time.

What we do with our thoughts and our time, very, very much impacts how we feel.

Maybe you're not being conscious of how you're thinking every day, but you do realize that you have been feeling so great. Perhaps this is a nudge to pay attention to where your thoughts are taking you. I know for myself that the times when I dwell on my fear and my worry, it's very easy to go down that spiral, and it's very easy for me to find people who will go there with me! “Misery loves company.” Isn't that what they say?

I also know that when I'm following that train of thought instead of allowing the emotions to be felt feeling them and carrying on when I create more of those thoughts.

It's a distraction from what I desire, and it brings in more of what I don't because I'm looking for it. we've ever heard about the concept of when you are thinking about buying a red Toyota, now you see many red Toyota is driving all around us because what we think about, we notice and we attempt to create unconsciously in our lives. So there were not more red Toyotas all the sudden because you decided you were going to buy one. There are more red, Toyota's all the sudden because you were paying attention to them. They were catching you with a corner of your eye where before they wouldn't have we can do this with anything. Anything. We can do this with feeling strong in our bodies. We can look for times and things and places where we feel strong and we can create more of those. We can look for times and things and places that help us to feel safe and we can create more of that. And it all starts from inside. And the funny thing is, it sounds so simple. Doesn't it? It's all up to ask. But the reality is we live in a world that has taught us that other people make us angry. Other people make us sad.

We're taught to give that power away for a very young age. And so then when we come to a time in our lives where we want to be more in tune or conscious more accepting and loving to ourselves, it feels so foreign because we've never been taught that we are the magic. We are the key to everything that we want. And the more that we seek it out and the more that we love ourselves, the easier it comes because if you were the most loving, the most compassionate to yourself. Would you choose to stay in the fear and worry? No. You would choose to give yourself a soft warm hug tell yourself that you are loved to be with yourself in the sadness. And then you would say Come on. Let's go. Let's go choose what we want. And let's have fun. Can you love yourself enough to allow yourself to choose the things that you want? Gosh, it's such a juicy, wonderful overflowing life when we do this I have come from my lowest of lows and spiraling downward and wondering why is this happening? Why can't I get through this? What is wrong with me to now here realizing that my life is everything I want it to be because I choose.

I choose to show up and choose to love myself. I choose to see the things that are good. I choose to follow peace. I choose to embrace joy and dancing and movement. And in all of that I know that I am enough and I am loved. And I know that everything is happening for me, not to me. And I know that the things that I'm afraid of the things I may worry about deep down inside are not happening right now. And in refusing to give those things any power or any place at the table, I love room for everything that I truly want to come to me. Then you can do this. You are so worthy and so loved. And your table is big enough for everything that you want. Especially when fear and worry are kicked out of the dining room. There's room for joy and abundance and ease. There's room for play. There's room for magic and you have permission to choose all of that

You're so worthy. Here so so so so sol, so loved. Thank you for popping in today. I really truly wish you the most blessed a blessed day. You’re enough!
