I coach here on having no choice to being vulnerable when widowed. The stripping back of self and all layers we hide behind. The courage and faith we gain from this place of finding self.

Plus the other side to being courageous is when we intentional show up as who and what we are - Perfections and Imperfections in human interactions. The vulnerability we gain from loss enables us to find purpose and something greater out of pain.

Courage gained is one that makes you keep on fighting when it is so easy to give in to Grief.
