In this humdinger of an episode, Tim & his wife Mary discuss Mary's recent birthday. Tim smoked four racks of loin back ribs and also grilled up some chicken breasts and chicken thighs. All the meats were a hit!
We also discuss the recipe used for Wild Turkey Fajitas. Tim harvested a Rio Grande turkey this past April in Oklahoma and it did not disappoint!
