Brian Shaffer - Vanished Into Thin Air

Brian Shaffer was seen entering a bar in 2006 on security cameras, but strangely enough he was never seen leaving. Security cameras cover the area surrounding the bar as well, yet still no sign of him. How could one man enter a building and never come out? what makes this even more odd is he has never been found, even more than 16 years later.
