One of the things that will make weight loss the most difficult for you is stressing out about it. Feeling panicked, overwhelmed, and just overall approaching it with a stressed out mindset. Our bodies are in fight or flight when it comes to this "emergency" that we need to solve. This is a great way to self-sabotage beause it effects every decision you make. If we can learn to partner with our nervous system, losing weight will become a much more peaceful process.
