In this episode I share what happened this summer to me while walking and bring on Kaille Billerbeck to share some self defense tips for women. Kailee is a 22 year old, second degree, level three black belt. She has trained in Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and some BJJ. She became a certified martial arts instructor in high school and has taught all ages. Kailee uses her martial arts and psychology background to integrate and teach physical, mental/emotional, and situational self defense in a realistic, relatable way that’s easy to digest.
