Lonnie Zamora, The Hudson Valley "Night Siege", and Incident in Exeter all have in common, police officials being some of the best witnesses to date of the existence of UFO visits. They either saw them as Zamora claims, or were able to support facts and even the CIA documents recovered via FOIA requests show that they deemed such cases as "undetermined".
