In truth, there are more, but from my experience working with many people, these three bad habits seem to create universal issues. 

If you are not getting to where you want to be, you probably need to take it to the next level.  The knowledge is out there, but do you know how to apply it, stay accountable, or stay consistent? 

Most people need that extra help, but once they get it...they finally succeed!
