Darelle grew up in Houston where his dad was a pastor who taught the importance of structure and discipline to him and his siblings. This structure was crucial growing up in the inner city of Houston, and after a career in culinary arts didn’t come to fruition he found his passion for training. On the show we discuss Darelle’s background growing up playing sports and how his parent's health risks played a role in the start of his training career. After learning the industry and building up his reputation in his community, Darelle bet on himself and moved around the country to train some of the best athletes in a variety of sports. We go in-depth on what it's like to motivate and work with several top athletes including Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks and Kayvon Thibodeaux of the New York Giants.
