Anthony grew up surrounded by sports and found his passion for training in 8th grade. Anthony got an opportunity to play football at Iona college, but after one season the program folded, and he was forced to change course. Anthony used this as an opportunity to not only train for the UFL but learn as much as possible about training. On the show, we discuss Anthony’s journey of how he became the trainer that he is today. After working at LA Fitness and going in and out of the industry, Anthony leaned on mentors to learn and eventually give him an opportunity to train athletes. Today, Anthony trains several collegiate and professional athletes and even had Eagles quarterback Gardner Minshew live out of his gym for an entire offseason.
