EP 5: Adrian Pudlyk

Adrian Pudlyk has been in the sports podiatry game since 2003, and is now the Director of the Foot and Balance Centre in Tugun, on the southern end of the Gold Coast.  If there's one word to summarise this guy, it would undoubtedly be 'community'.  Adrian has an infectious passion in showing people from all walks of life, how to care for their feet, body and mind.  We discuss the different areas of podiatry that he's worked in, being an elite runner in his earlier years, and his mental health struggles that he faced when working with severely impaired patients in London.  On top of all of this, Adrian's community work sees him involved with organisations such as MindPak, Sana, Men's Medicine and Run For Your Life.  This is the White Line Podcast, Episode 5, with Adrian Pudlyk.
