Checking In On Old Friends

Go home tonight and open your liquor cabinet. Look behind that bottle of Eagle Rare on your whiskey shelf and find that one whiskey you bought years ago that initially you just thought was "fine". Give it another taste. We did this with two specific bourbons we forgot we had. And realized we may have been wrong about our first impression.
