1. Leaders speak to inspire people not inform them, you do so with story
2. Embracing storytelling to inspire requires that you tap into your personal story--what makes you unique?
3. Understanding our uniqueness often requires us to do some work on accepting what we often are ashamed of, because that sets us apart from others, but that's what we need to learn to embrace
