I wish you welcome to this episode where I talk about feelings about the Holidays.
We might feel as if we're within a labyrinth of emotions, trying to navigate, but without a map or a compass.
It is ok to feel lost. Maybe you have memories coming back around Christmas, The New Year or other Holidays or maybe you are feeling lonely, without a person to share it with.
Loneliness can become more recognizable and severe at Holidays. Sometimes you just want to go to work as usual, having ordinary routines. Routines are often supportive for us after a loss or a serious life change.
Maybe you have lost someone dear, divorced, moved somewhere new and feeling lonely.
Maybe you have a disease or have lost a bodily function or someone else has, someone you love.
Loneliness might hurt a lot .
You are not alone out there, even if that’s how it feels.
