Ryan & Becca start the show off with a new clay podcast recommendation for you: The Mud Peddlers, hosted by Lindsey M. Dillon & Donte from Earth Nation Ceramics. Check them out and spread the love for our fellow clay podcasters. On today's episode, Ryan & Becca look back at 2020 goals and results, with real numbers.

Afterwards, they look ahead to 2021 and discuss some changes that may be necessary as Becca starts her new job as a production potter in Indianapolis and Ryan aims to grow his pottery business further, while still balancing a full time job. We hope you are ready to put 2020 behind you and are optimistic about the year ahead in 2021.

Listener Questions
On this episode:
- Sometimes I have a bucket of dipping glaze that I haven’t used for months and I wonder if I should re-sieve it after I mix it with my power drill mixer. Besides removing any bits and pieces of bisque that may have contaminated the glaze bucket, is there any advantage to re-sieving?
