Mark Barrett: Building a brand new rugby culture in Kosovo

We are back with our weekly guest episode, this time with a unique guest from Kosovo rugby, Mark Barrett.

As one of the newest countries in the world, Kosovo have only been playing recognised international rugby since 2022.

This means that Barrett (who does a whole host of roles in the federation) has a unique opportunity to effectively create a rugby culture from scratch.

It was a great chat with someone involved in one of the true minnows in European rugby.
