If you check out any of the streaming services or major networks, you’ll find multiple reality shows about relationships. And they all need to be different to catch the viewer’s attention, so you’ll find multiple twists and plenty of drama.

But are these shows healthy to watch? Do they put certain expectations upon us regular folks who are looking for love without the television cameras? It’s hard enough finding Mr. Right…do we now put extra pressure on ourselves to live up to these television “standards”?
