Men Need THIS Before They Can Love You  

Have you ever given any thought into what experiences shaped you into the person you are today? Our personalities are formed primarily through our childhood experiences. Up to age 7 or 8, we are little sponges, soaking in every word, nuance, wound, and trauma. As adults, we can do internal work to change the lessons we learned as kids, but the keys to understanding why we do and feel certain things lie in those early years.

In this episode, I share some personal background about my parents and how I was confused about how to show love based on some actions of my mother in particular. This is not a blame game as I believe that parents can only do what they themselves know how to do. You don’t know what you don’t know, right? But now, as adults, we have the resources to work on our emotional mental health to become better partners who can show love to others.
