After the rip roaring success of the International Women's Day episode, the last are left unsupervised and absolute carnage unfolds! The lads discuss their fortnight in running and SMJ joins the team to discuss the would you rather of all would you rather.

A very sombre Ben talked us through a solo Parkrun and updates on the Parkrun cup. Finally the roll call has a very special guest (yes, Matt showed up for a change!).
