Series 5 Episode 9: Jess & Derrick teach Matt about Ultras

Episode 9 of series 5 already upon us. 

This week we try something new as Rob AND Matt conduct the interview and chat with Jess and Derrick, 2 ultra veterans and downright awesome humans to discuss their running journeys and their road to ultra running. They may also be giving Matt some pointers along the way for his upcoming 45 mile ultra.  

we also discuss discuss the latest park run news about barcode scanning from mobile devices and The power couple that is Bemma are back talking all things park run and the 5k app.
