Its Thursday and you know what that means! This weeks show takes a turn for the ridiculous as the lads discuss the weird and wonderful world of Guinness World Records and go in hard on a certain cartoon Rabbit.

This week's guest is the awesome Lee Ryan, you may remember him as our running hero of the week recently. Lee himself is a multiple time world record holder and a huge part of the UAE running scene - where he has lived for the last few years. Check out his chat with Rob to hear his amazing story!
