Yet another Friday sees Gill Smith and Pete Moor sharing the fact-based wealth again with more fun facts and lesser known stories of heroes and villains from history or just general things you may not know!
This week Gill tells us the fantastic, yet troubling story of "Durable Mike Malloy", the fascinating story of Dr James Barry (b.1789) and how he delivered the ultimate post-death twist and finally, she tells us a British political fact that should be more exciting than it is but maybe that is the most facty thing about the fact?
Pete shares a fun fact about those pesky forgetful squirrels who are inadvertently doing their bit for the woodlands. He also has a story of hope about how AI is doing some good in the world of medicine and helping save lives that otherwise may have been lost.
Finally, he has a story involving World War 2, The Mafia, and two guys called "Lucky" and "Socks"... what could be more interesting than that?!
