A bill in the works in Florida is looking at instituting EV fees and using those funds to build more EV infrastructure:

 ○ EV:    $135/yr  /  12400 mi/yr = $0.011 /mi

 ○ Gas:  $0.423/gal / 28 mi/gal = $0.015 /mi (state only)

                  w/ federal tax of $0.184/gal = $0.022 /mi

Minnesota is considering a "fuel tax" for electric vehicles:

  ○ EV:   $0.051/kWh  /  3 mi/kWh = $0.017/mi

 ○ Gas: $0.286/gal / 28mi/gal = $0.01/mi

w/ federal tax: $0.46 / gal   /  28 mi/gal =    $0.016 /mi 

USPS decision has caused some issues? Oshkosh is under investigation due to some fishy after-hours stock purchasing, and some legislation has been introduced to provide $6b to electrify USPS.
