Filmmakers Suzanne Jurva, Jeffrey Kurz, and Stacey Nash from the WI Film Coalition announce progress on AB 231, which moved from a bipartisan committee unanimously. This would create a Dept of Film under the Dept of Tourism and give an incentive to filmmakers as a rebate for when they spend.
