in the second episode of what’s my 100%, dené dives into the topic of attachment polarities. she explores her perspective on why seeing ‘attachment styles’ as fixed states or as part of our identity can be a problematic. if instead, we see them as survival strategies we develop to mitigate our fear of abandonment, not only can we find greater empathy for one another in our partnerships  – but we also have an opportunity  to find deeper healing around what our relationship dynamics are mirroring back to us.
