In the first of two Life segments: (5:05) The murder of Sabina Nessa is yet another catalyst for conversation on the safety of women. Police are an important part of this but can they be relied on when they can't hold themselves to account?

In Music: (20:14) Vinyl reissues are booming and as a vinyl lover that would rather have a mint reissue than a well taken care of 1st issue, I am freaking loving it. But is it a passing fancy?

In the 2nd Life segment: (35:29) Something that really pisses me off about politics is that there are many people given high positions when they actually don't care about the thing they're a minister of. Enter Equalities Minister Kemi Badenoch!
