Let’s talk three growth-to-action steps to defeat the giant in the room. The elephant in the room is asking you, What are we afraid of? Our lack of confidence can rely in our fears of what others think or say about you, fear of rejection, negative past experiences, fear of the unknown, and some imbalances of mental health issues, and sometimes it’s a cultural thing which may contribute to your confidence levels. These growth to action steps are ways to work through and build confidence so you can courageously show up. 

1. Get clear. Get clear about who you are, what’s inside of you and what you bring into the room. 

2. Be courageously you. Courage is not the absence of fear. 

3. Wear your confidence. Confidence starts the moment you decide to take action.
