As we continue to honor Women's History Month in this month of March, I am sharing P.M.S. Notes from the movie Hidden Figures. This movie highlights three African American, Katherine Johnson (First African American Female NASA scientist), Dorothy Vaughan (First Black Female Section Head Supervisor), and Mary Jackson (NASA’s First African American Female Engineer).

Some Characteristics of these Women:

1.        Bold
2.        Confident
3.        Respectful
4.        Courageous
5.        Forward Thinkers
6.        Trailblazers/Pioneers

Seven Keys in Paving the Way In Spite Of:

1.        Envision the dream
2.        Keep learning
3.        Preparation meets Opportunity
4.        Don't give up
5.        Persevere (Put in the work)
6.        Know how to handle disappointment
7.        Fight for it
