Welcome to Part 2 of "What's Your Legacy?

As we continue our celebration of Women's History Month, in Episode 3, which is Part 2 of our conversation from last week. I am sharing more P.M.S. Notes on what I learned from my grandmama about legacy and how we can continue on this journey of life which celebrates how we as women can forge ahead with meaning leaving a trail for others to follow.

5. Give and it shall be given. What are you giving?

6. Water what you love. Are you consistently doing what matters to you?

7. Showing up speaks volume.

8. Cook with Love. “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” That’s a legacy of love.

9. Your poise is your confidence (hold your head up high, shoulders back, chest out). “Strike a Pose.” I leave you with this, “When you stand, stand with confidence, when you stand, stand with grace, when you stand, stand proud of who you are and who you are becoming.” Because Sisters, You are a Legacy! Claim it. Own It. Be It.
