This is Women’s History Month! A time we intentionally honor the contributions and achievements of women. A time of CELEBRATING the WOMEN who came BEFORE us, the women we are TODAY, and the generations of women to FOLLOW.

In Episode 2, we are talking, "What is Your Legacy?: What I Learned from My Grandmother." Okay, our first thought of legacy is money, in most cases. However, legacy is more than money. It’s also an inmaterial gift of something passed on to you. The richness within. It can be in tradition. Your legacy is your imprint; how you are making a difference or have made a difference?

What does this all mean? Meaning. What does it mean to have a legacy?

How do you want to make a difference? What imprint do you want to have when you cross someone’s path? What legacy do you want to leave in the hands of someone else? Those are IQ’s (Inquisitive Questions), often questions I ask as your coach, to challenge you to think about and take time to write down. This creates a meaningful life; gives your life meaning.

Let me share P.M.S. Notes about what I learned from my grandmama about legacy and how we can continue on this journey of life which celebrates how we as women can forge ahead with meaning leaving a trail for others to follow.

1. You don’t have to be seen to be powerful.

2. Your success is the difference you make in someone else’s life.

3. Your smile can light up a room. 

4. Your imprint will outlast you.
