Monica Choi is a Chapman University alumna '18 and a personal friend of Emily after meeting in college through their sorority. After graduating from college with a B.S. in Business Administration, she began her post-grad career at Opus Bank in the mortgage sector with her background and experience in Real Estate. 

Two years later, Monica remains at the same company and shares her insights and experience thus far working in a 9-5 job, along with how she personally finds ways to balance her job with friends, fitness, family, and etc. In addition, Emily and Monica discuss the best traits a leader should have and why so many individuals have found her to be such a thoughtful and powerful leader.
