Crispin Hernandez came up from Mexico to work in an upstate NY dairy with 10,000 cows. In 3 years he was transformed into an activist, participating in a successful lawsuit against the industry with the help of Rebecca Fuentes and Workers Center of Central New York, and author of Milked.
