What Does The Bible Say About Denominationalism?

Unity is a Bible subject, in particular in the New Testament that we will discuss in this episode.  Jesus prayed for unity among His disciples. Yet there is almost universal disagreement about nearly every religious subject and no unity. Paul condemned division among Christians. There are thousands of sects today just in America alone many claiming to be a part of the "Christian Church". We discuss this term and concept that so many accept and note what the Bible says about it. In particular, we look at the Lord's church and some of the passages that speak of it. We note a number of the denominations that exist today, noting when they were established and who established them.  We look at some passages that refer to religious division and what the Bible says is the cause of it.  Take about 30 minutes to listen in on our conversation.
