Allyn Amerongen is a mental health advocate, podcaster, and survivor of narcissistic abuse. Allyn just launched her new podcast, When Heaven Meets Hell, to highlight her experiences and healing. She also hopes to offer listeners resources and tools to thrive after their own abusive experiences. The Broken Cycle Media team is thankful for Allyn’s perspective, energy, and work in the advocacy space despite all that continues to comes next for her amidst her healing journey.
