Doug Splinter is the Cross Solutions Strategy lead for Microsoft the Commercial Solutions organization.  In that role, Doug drives strategy and field programs that bring together the Microsoft Solution areas to drive transformational impact - for both Microsoft and for our customers. Before assuming his current role, Doug held previous roles as the Director for the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) in Minneapolis, MN as well as Chief Architect at the same location. Prior to joining Microsoft, Doug was the CTO for the Unified Communications partner Avtex, partner at the Microsoft UC development and deployment company Convergent, and an IT Director for a national law firm.
