We’ve been juggling a lot lately- as parents- spouses- children of aging parents- friends- professionals and homemakers. Especially right now, during this pandemic. When we are overwhelmed, we can get very critical towards ourselves for not doing more, not doing enough. Today's episode is an invitation to replace your self critical language with compassionate language that you’d use for a friend. Research shows a positive direct relationship between self-compassion and personal growth, we find it easier to acknowledge and learn from our challenges when we are self-compassionate.
