Toxic bosses, toxic workplaces, toxic friends and all round toxicity does not need to be a part of your life and your story. We are human beings and we have a choice. Alana showed us that although hard, we can affect change for the better. In her case she couldn't oust the boss, but she could leave, and get away., and so she did and her life has flourished. Thank you Alana for a great episode and for showing us that we can find the strength.  As always, Luke and Kyle discuss the episode in this short 'after thoughts' section.
