TRIGGER / CONTENT WARNING: Discussion includes suicide attempts.
Paul was clinically depressed from a very early age. He wasn't diagnosed, and wishes he was. All he thought he knew then, was that he couldn't stand the pain, the sadness, and the not belonging. After his third failed suicide attempt and still a young man, Paul was sectioned (psych ward). It was that experience that jump-started Paul's new chapter and desire to understand who he really was and how to start living without his mental struggles. In this tragic, yet often funny, rollercoaster of an episode, we hear how Paul recovered from decades of trauma and how he started to heal.
