Dr. Saige Evans is the Clinical Director and Pelvic Floor Therapist at Bloom Pelvic Therapy, supporting clients throughout the Tampa Bay area with clinic locations in South Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Lutz, Florida, as well as through virtual sessions. She holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and has advanced training in pelvic health.
Dr. Saige specializes in guiding clients through the complex experience of vulvovaginal and pelvic pain. She understands how isolating and frustrating it can be to live with an invisible condition and is deeply committed to helping her clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Her clinical focus includes working with individuals experiencing vaginismus, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, and other chronic pelvic pain conditions. She emphasizes identifying root causes, promoting long-term relief, and restoring quality of life. To ensure the best outcomes, she collaborates closely with each client’s medical care team and works seamlessly with fellow pelvic therapists at Bloom.
Dr. Saige brings a unique perspective to pelvic floor therapy through her background in Sensory Integration, having completed the USC Sensory Integration Certification. This training informs her holistic approach, offering insight into how the nervous system processes sensory input—and how this influences pelvic pain and restoring sexual health.
